I have lived in the Lake Lure and Asheville area for over 34 years and know it well. I have seen the area grow and evolve into the thriving mountain community it is today.
As a member of the Land of the Sky Association of Realtors (formerly known as the Asheville Board of Realtors) and the Canopy Multiple Listing Service, I have access to all the current listings that are available in the area.
I am a licensed Broker in both North and South Carolina, as well as Texas. I have been licensed in the State of North Carolina since 1990 and I have owned my own real estate firm since 1999.
I have earned both the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative Designation) and the RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist) certification from the National Association of Realtors.
I practice both Seller's and Buyer's Agency.
